Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore seeks a Finance Business Partnering/FP&A professional to support the business with insightful financial analysis and planning. You will prepare monthly performance reports, quarterly P&L reviews, budgets and forecasts, and provide recommendations to improve financial outcomes while balancing multiple priorities and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Business or related discipline.
Experience in FP&A, management reporting or business partnering.
Strong financial analysis and reporting capabilities.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis and balance sheet reviews.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Provide finance business partnering support to the business.
Prepare monthly financial performance reports, including analysis of key financial indicators and variances.
Prepare quarterly P&L reports and provide insights into key financial movements.
Review business cases, conduct financial assessments and provide recommendations.
Perform balance sheet reviews and monitor outstanding items through to resolution.
Update financial assumptions to support budgeting and forecasting exercises.
Support ad-hoc financial analysis, reporting and other business requirements as assigned.
