Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business or related discipline; professional accounting qualification preferred.
10+ years of FP&A, management accounting, financial reporting, tax or commercial finance experience, preferably in an MNC or complex business environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and own the FP&A cycle including monthly Flash reporting, budgeting, LE, forecasting and Opex dashboards.
Provide financial analysis and insights to management, highlighting trends, risks and opportunities.
Act as Finance Business Partner for Operating Costs with cross-functional engagement to drive cost discipline.
Coordinate statutory reporting and corporate tax matters, liaising with IRAS, JTC and EDB on grants and incentives.
Contribute to performance projects such as benchmarking, cost competitiveness and post‑investment evaluations.
Lead data analytics, technology and automation initiatives for process optimization.
Support strategic projects and business cases with financial analyses and value creation.
Drive improvements and controls across finance workstreams.
