Job summary

Randstad Singapore, a leading European MNC, is expanding and seeks an Assistant Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to oversee FP&A in a regional capacity.

Reporting to the Regional Finance Head, the role covers budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting and driving cost-control initiatives across the region, with a focus on governance and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified with at least 5 years in FP&A.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication to explain financial concepts.
• Proactive stakeholder management and ability to meet schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting.
• Manage annual budgets and quarterly re-forecasts.
• Advise budget holders and conduct monthly operational reviews.
• Drive process improvements across financial systems and governance.
