Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking a skilled FP&A professional to strengthen regional financial planning, analysis, and decision support across multiple functions. The role emphasizes forecasting, budgeting, and data-driven financial modelling to guide strategic choices.

The successful candidate will collaborate with country FP&A teams, develop tools and dashboards, and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision making in a dynamic, diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA and/or CPA/ACCA/CFA preferred.
• Relevant years of experience in FP&A or analytical roles.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills in Excel; experience with BI and reporting tools would be highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support key initiatives including system form project evaluation, financial reporting, cost analysis, and the development of financial tools and systems.
• Collaborate closely with multiple functional and country FP&A teams to provide actionable insights, enhance financial modelling and forecasting, and support strategic decisions through data-driven analysis.
• Conduct forecasting, budgeting and variance analyses, profitability and feasibility assessements.
• Perform financial modelling to support business making decisions.
