RASA KAMPUNG PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Manager to lead daily operations and ensure top-notch customer service.

You will drive service quality, cost control, and staff performance while upholding food safety standards. Forecast, source, and manage F&B supplies, build strong vendor relationships, and support marketing events to boost engagement, using restaurant management software to optimise reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the hospitality industry.
• Culinary or Food Service Management degree may be advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge of the food industry.
• Strong working knowledge of restaurant management software and related computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth service delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Forecast, plan, source, and order food and beverage supplies to meet operational needs efficiently
• Build and maintain positive relationships with food and beverage vendors to secure quality products and favorable terms
• Control food and beverage budgets and meet financial targets through effective cost management
• Hire, train, and lead food and beverage staff to maintain high performance and service standards
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to maintain positive customer relationships
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards to guarantee safe service
• Support marketing events to promote food and beverage offerings and increase customer engagement
• Utilize restaurant management software and related computer tools to optimize operations and generate reports
