is seeking an experienced F&B Business Operations Manager to oversee the company’s food and beverage operations, people management, digital commerce activities and business development initiatives. The role integrates people, processes, sales performance, customer experience and online channels to support sustainable growth, requiring strong cross-functional coordination with management, restaurant operations, HR, sales and suppliers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration or related discipline.
MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification will be an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day F&B operations and related activities.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning across F&B operations.
Monitor sales performance, KPIs and customer experience; develop sales/promotional strategies.
Oversee and coordinate online/digital commerce activities and promotions.
Identify new business opportunities within the F&B sector and support expansion initiatives.
Coordinate with suppliers and departments to ensure supply and cost efficiency.
Lead cross-functional projects from planning to implementation.
