Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Head of Project Management to lead a major account portfolio, overseeing stakeholder management, project delivery, procurement, and governance for a high‑value program in Singapore.

You will drive front‑end planning, contract strategy, and turnkey solutions, managing a team of 6 embedded Project Managers and ensuring safety, quality, cost and schedule targets are met.

Qualifications

• 10+ years project, construction management or principal contracting experience.
• Strong commercial, procurement and contract management capabilities.
• Experience developing turnkey delivery solutions and contractor packaging strategies.
• Executive account management and P&L ownership experience.
• Singapore Government experience highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define delivery strategies and package works into trade contracts.
• Coordinate pricing from multiple subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare turnkey principal contracting proposals.
• Lead tendering, procurement and contractor selection.
• Mobilise resources and manage front-end readiness.
• Oversee safety, quality, cost, programme and commercial outcomes.
• Manage customer relationships and quarterly business reviews.
• Maintain forecasting accuracy and financial reporting.
• Drive governance, compliance and risk management.
• Manage subcontractor performance and supply chain capability.
