Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead financial strategy, controls and management information for the contract group. The role focuses on governance, profitability, and timely reporting to clients and leadership.

Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, coordinating with Finance/FP&A, supporting bonus and salary reviews, and driving efficiency through ERP reporting and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accountancy or related field.
• CA qualification is a plus.
• Minimum of 4 years relevant experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and decision-making.
• Excellent communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust client relationships across contracts.
• Partner with account management and client members as a business partner.
• liaise with CBRE Finance, Controllership, FP&A for ad hoc requests.
• Support bonus and annual salary review processes with BU F&CSM and People Team.
• Tightly manage contract governance, ensuring costs are properly accounted for.
• Provide timely responses to client teams and colleagues.
• Support CBRE transformation initiatives and align deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
