Job summary

Gain City Group of Companies in Singapore seeks a seasoned fleet operations leader to optimize the cost-effective use of company vehicles, ensure compliance, and drive strategic governance across the fleet and leasing lifecycle.

You will lead a team of fleet admins and mechanics, implement metrics, manage vendor relationships, and deliver regular performance insights while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or related discipline.
• 5+ years in logistics/fleet management with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle leasing models and contract negotiation.
• Proficient in fleet management systems and telematics tools.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily vehicle operations including utilisation, maintenance scheduling, repairs and fuel consumption monitoring.
• Lead and develop a team of fleet administrators, mechanics and operations staff.
• Develop and implement fleet strategies aligned with goals, sustainability, and budget targets.
• Lead contract negotiations with vendors such as fuel suppliers, maintenance providers and insurers.
• Monitor KPIs like uptime, total cost of ownership, fuel efficiency and lifecycle performance.
• Provide regular reports and actionable insights on fleet performance.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, safety standards and internal SOPs.
