Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Treasurer to lead regional cash management, treasury operations and group financing.

The role drives liquidity planning, risk hedging, and relationships with banks to optimize funding across markets. You will coordinate overseas subsidiaries, implement treasury governance and system improvements, and provide strategic advice on capital structure to support growth and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of treasury or cash management experience.
• Strong analytical and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day cash and treasury operations across the group.
• Direct cash management, borrowing strategies, and funding optimization.
• Forecast cash flows, manage month-end reporting and cash forecasting.
• Support overseas entities with fund management and group financing.
• Liaise with banks on credit facilities and banking relationships.
• Policy development, governance and process improvements in treasury.
• Banking relationship & administration including account openings/closures.
