Job summary

TALENT FIRST PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Finance leader to drive FP&A, budgeting and forecasting in a manufacturing setting. Lead cost analysis, profitability reviews and monthly closes to deliver actionable insights for senior management.

You will develop robust financial models in Excel, oversee a finance team, and partner with operations on manufacturing costs, inventory and COGS to strengthen business performance in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant finance experience.
• Direct Finance experience within a manufacturing environment is required.
• Strong FP&A experience covering budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Experienced in manufacturing costing, inventory and COGS.
• Strong Excel, analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Prior managerial or supervisory experience required.
• Professional accounting qualification will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Perform actual vs budget, variance, profitability and cost analysis.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Drive cost optimisation and identify opportunities to improve business performance.
• Oversee monthly financial closing and management reporting.
• Partner with operations on manufacturing costs, inventory and business performance.
• Lead and develop the Finance team.
