Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. invites a Finance Manager to oversee treasury, FP&A, costing and finance systems for its manufacturing and trading activities in Tuas. The role requires strong cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting and reporting to support fast-paced operations.

You will manage banking relationships, FX hedging, standard costing, and liaise with operations, sales and procurement to improve profitability and working capital. 5 days a week, 8:00AM–5:30PM, Tuas location.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in corporate treasury, commodity trading treasury or a bank's corporate FX/rates desk.
• Strong hands-on FP&A experience, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and performance analysis.
• Experience in foreign exchange hedging, banking facilities and trade finance.
• Hands-on experience in finance system implementation and standard costing variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Treasury & Cash Flow Management: manage daily cash positions, forecasts and working capital.
• FP&A: lead budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Costing & Variance Analysis: review standard costing and analyse variances.
• Finance Systems & Process Improvement: support ERP implementation, data migration and reporting improvements.
