Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Tuas seeks an experienced Finance Manager to oversee treasury, FP&A, costing and finance systems for a manufacturing and trading operation.

You will lead cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, drive ERP implementation, and partner with business teams to improve profitability and working capital. Flexible after-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in corporate treasury, commodity trading treasury, or bank FX/rates.
• Strong hands-on FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Experience in FX hedging, banking facilities and trade finance.
• Hands-on experience in finance system/ERP implementation and standard costing variance analysis.
• Comfortable working in Tuas and supporting beyond normal hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash flow, working capital, banking and trade finance facilities.
• Manage FX exposure and hedging activities.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and management reporting.
• Analyse costs, margins, business performance and variances.
• Manage standard costing and manufacturing cost variance analysis.
• Support/lead ERP and finance system implementation and process improvements.
• Partner with business teams to improve profitability and working capital efficiency.
