RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee treasury, FP&A and costing functions for manufacturing and trading operations.

The role covers cash flow management, banking facilities, FX hedging, budgeting, forecasting, costing analysis and ERP-driven process improvements. The position is based in Tuas, operates 5 days a week from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a negotiable salary range of SGD 9,000 to SGD 12,000 plus performance bonus.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years in corporate treasury or related FX/rates desk.
• Strong FP&A experience: budgeting, forecasting, modelling, performance analysis.
• Experience with FX hedging, banking facilities and trade finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury and cash flow management activities.
• Oversee FP&A, budgeting and management reporting.
• Manage costing, variance analysis and standard costing.
• Drive finance system improvements and ERP initiatives.
