Job summary

Singapore Business Federation (SBF) Foundation seeks a senior leader reporting to the CEO to strengthen financial stewardship, governance, risk management and organizational effectiveness across the Foundation and MigrantWell Singapore.

You will provide senior oversight of finance, Board and governance, corporate planning and operations, working with the CEO, Board, Treasurer and shared services to ensure sound finances and social impact.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience.
• Strong governance, risk and financial management experience.
• Familiarity with charity governance and regulatory standards preferred.
• Experience supporting senior management and board committees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow and controls.
• Coordinate audits and strengthen financial processes.
• Governance, risk management and policy development.
• Lead corporate planning and KPI reporting.
• Drive CRM adoption and stakeholder management.
• Collaborate with Board, CEO and shared services.
