Job summary

The Singapore International Foundation (SIF) is a non-profit organisation based in Singapore, focused on connecting communities and driving social impact through global collaborations. The Financial Operations team oversees accounting activities, policies, and governance to ensure disciplined financial management.

We are seeking a Diploma holder in accounting with 2–3 years of experience to join the Finance, Governance and Planning Department.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder or above in accounting with at least 2 to 3 years of relevant experiences.
• Pro-active team player.
• High sense of integrity with good interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management skills, independent and meticulous.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central (“BC”) accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of public sector financial policies and procedures would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable.
• Verify accounting documents to ensure compliance with company policies and approved budgets.
• Maintain and update accounting system and records.
• Assist in performing the annual housekeeping in Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC).
• Support other ad-hoc Finance department matters as required.
