Job summary

SingHealth HQ seeks a senior financial leader reporting to the Chief Financial Officer to oversee the full financial and accounting functions for SingHealth Headquarters, including funded programmes, SingHealth Pharmacare and a subsidiary, Aescapulus.

The role acts as a trusted business adviser in coordinating budgeting, forecasting, reporting, treasury and statutory audits, while ensuring compliance with group policies and tax matters.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy with at least 15 years of relevant experience.
• 8 years of supervisory experience.
• Chartered Accountant qualification.
• High integrity, meticulous and proactive.
• Independent and self-driven with excellent multitasking to meet demanding timelines.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting and forecasting for the group and subsidiaries.
• Lead financial and management reporting and cashflow projections.
• Manage treasury, statutory audits, and group tax matters (GST, corporate tax, withholding tax).
• Establish and monitor internal controls in line with policies and statutory requirements.
• Drive strategic initiatives and develop team capabilities.
