Job summary

Financial Alliance Pte Ltd seeks an experienced finance leader to head Group Finance, reporting to the CEO. You will oversee group-wide financial operations, strategy, compliance and team leadership across entities to drive governance and streamlined processes.

You will guide FP&A, budgeting, board reporting, and partner with executives to deliver performance insights and long-term financial planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent.
• CA (Singapore), CPA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and corporate finance experience, with 3–5 years in a managerial or group finance capacity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual group consolidations.
• Set and maintain group accounting policies per SFRS(I)/IFRS; oversee statutory filings and transfer pricing.
• Lead external and internal audit processes and strengthen internal controls.
