Based in our Singapore office, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams worldwide to align regional needs with global finance strategies. This individual contributor role requires five days onsite, close partnership with business stakeholders, and a strong focus on data-driven decision making,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Finance Business Partner work experience.
• Hands-on experience in Finance BP or financial analysis is mandatory.
• Strong sense of accountability, business acumen, self-motivation and growth mindset.
• Proficiency in data analysis, ROI-focused analysis and financial modeling.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural, cross-team, fast-changing environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in SQL/Power BI and AI models is highly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Build trusted and professional partnerships with business stakeholders.
• Review and approve incentives, campaigns and other business initiatives.
• Continuously improve the data foundation for financial monitoring and analysis, drive data infrastructure and process optimization, identify automation opportunities.
• Gain deep understanding of business logic and the linkage between key business metrics and financial KPIs.
• Track and understand strategic plans, develop and manage budgets, perform rolling forecasts, monitor variances, and deliver timely insights.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop financial solutions or process guidelines for new business requirements.
• Identify and summarize core business drivers behind financial performance and develop periodic analysis frameworks.
