Michael Page Singapore is seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to support regional leadership across Asia, driving revenue growth and profitability.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing and regional finance to deliver accurate forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning and performance management.

The role requires strong stakeholder management across multiple markets, with the opportunity to influence strategic decisions at senior leadership levels.

Qualifications

• Commercial finance or FP&A experience in a multinational environment.
• Forecasting, budgeting and P&L management expertise.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and partner across functions.
• Experience across multiple markets in Asia is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Partner with regional leadership to drive P&L performance and EBIT targets.
• Provide commercial insights and financial recommendations for strategy and operations.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning and performance management across Asia.
• Manage regional risk and opportunities with clear ownership and mitigations.
• Drive reviews using revenue, profitability, market share, inventory and forecast accuracy.
• Support revenue growth management through pricing, trade investments, product mix and profitability analysis.
• Deliver financial modelling and scenario analysis for strategic initiatives.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing and Commercial teams to align priorities.
• Ensure high-quality management reporting, forecasting and planning outputs.

As part of its continued growth strategy, the business is seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to support regional leadership in driving sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and strategic decision-making across multiple markets in Asia.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the regional finance leadership team and partnering closely with the Asia commercial leadership team, you will serve as the key finance business partner for the region. Your responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with Sales and Marketing leaders to drive regional P&L performance and deliver EBIT targets.
• Providing commercial insights and financial recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Leading forecasting, annual budgeting, long-range planning and performance management processes across Asia.
• Managing regional risk and opportunity assessments, ensuring clear ownership and mitigation plans are in place.
• Driving business performance reviews through analysis of key commercial and financial metrics, including revenue, profitability, market share, inventory and forecast accuracy.
• Supporting revenue growth management initiatives through pricing, trade investment, product mix and commercial profitability analysis.
• Delivering financial modelling and scenario analysis for strategic initiatives, including distributor management, portfolio optimisation and market expansion opportunities.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing and Commercial functions to align business priorities and growth strategies.
• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality management reporting, forecasting and planning outputs to regional leadership.

The Successful Applicant

You are a commercially driven finance professional with strong business partnering experience and the ability to influence decision-making at senior leadership levels.

Key requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in commercial finance, FP&A or business partnering roles within a complex multinational environment.
• Strong background in forecasting, budgeting, pricing, profitability analysis and P&L management.
• Demonstrated ability to challenge assumptions and influence strategic business decisions.
• Experience working across multiple countries, cultures and stakeholder groups.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, commercially curious and comfortable operating in a dynamic regional environment.
