Talent Trader Group in Singapore seeks a senior Finance leader to drive planning, reporting and governance across property development and construction activities. You will oversee cash flow, budgets and statutory compliance, manage group consolidation and lead the Finance & Accounts team with coaching and process improvements.

Mansioni

• Partner with senior management on business planning and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting, liquidity management and funding requirements.
• Manage financial reporting activities, including management accounts, consolidated statements and taxation.
• Coordinate statutory audits and regulatory reporting.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting and present plans to management and shareholders.
• Prepare monthly financial performance reports with variance analysis.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations for strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory/regulatory requirements (ACRA, IRAS, BCA, URA).
• Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisers, corporate secretaries, banks and authorities.
• Strengthen internal controls and financial governance; drive process improvements.
• Review accounting procedures and internal finance manuals.
• Maintain robust financial controls across the group and oversee consolidation.
• Lead and develop the Finance & Accounts team with coaching and training.
• Identify capability needs and conduct relevant internal training.
• Support organisation-wide corporate development and quality initiatives.
