Job summary

ASIA PROPERTIES & ASSETS CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Group Accountant to lead group reporting and consolidation for the Corporate Finance team in Singapore.

The role partners with senior management and supports due diligence, financial analysis for M&A and real estate development projects, and treasury management including cash flow projections. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of experience in listed entities reporting, strong financial analysis skills, and

Qualifications

• CA/ACCA or degree in accountancy is required.
• 5–8 years of relevant working experience in listed entities reporting team and audit, with IPO/listing exposure.
• Strong track record in financial analysis; real estate experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with accounting standards, taxes, GST, SGX rulings and Companies Act.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Knowledge of IPO/listing requirements and financial analysis techniques; real estate development or investment structures are a plus.
• Excellent working and communication skills with business associates and professionals.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules during peak periods and in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Group consolidation and financial reporting in accordance with SFRS(I).
• Perform detailed FS trend and variance analysis and support performance tracking and decision making.
• Financial analysis and modelling to support deal evaluation.
• Maintain audit and tax schedules, journal entries, financial statements and group reporting package.
• Weekly cash flow forecast and annual audited FS & XBRL filings.
• Liaise with internal/external auditors, tax agents, and overseas subsidiaries/associates.
