Job summary

Corestaff Pte Ltd is seeking a senior Facilities/Contract Manager to lead the delivery of hard and soft FM services on a major contract in Singapore. You will own P&L, budgeting, cost control and commercial governance while driving service quality, safety, and KPI performance.

The role requires strong leadership to manage multidisciplinary teams, vendors and client stakeholders. You will build strong client relationships, oversee regular business reviews and identify opportunities for account

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, Property Management or related field.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in facilities/contract management or property operations.
Experience leading teams and managing client, vendor and contractor relationships.
Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of the facilities management contract, P&L, budgeting and cost control.
Drive commercial governance, scope management, change control and reporting.
Lead hard and soft FM services, ensure regulatory and safety compliance.
Manage site performance, audits, inspections and continuous improvement.
Develop client relationships and lead quarterly and annual business reviews.
