Job summary

Brenntag is seeking a hands-on Project Manager - Facilities & CAPEX to lead strategic facility investments and expansion initiatives across APAC. You will coordinate EPC lifecycle activities, manage budgets, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while partnering with engineering, operations, QA/QSHE, and business development teams.

The role focuses on delivering value-added facility solutions, working with contractors and vendors, and supporting ongoing regional projects.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
5-7 years of relevant project management experience, preferably within EPC, facilities, plant engineering, construction or CAPEX project environments.
Proven experience managing facility/plant CAPEX projects and coordinating multiple project stakeholders.
Strong experience in vendor and contractor management.

Responsibilities

Lead and support evaluation and execution of facility CAPEX and non-CAPEX projects across the EPC lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, safety and environmental requirements across projects.
Manage vendors and contractors to meet scope, quality, timelines and contractual requirements.
Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, QSHE, Finance, Supply Chain and Business Development.
Develop value-added facility and infrastructure solutions based on customer and business needs.
