Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a highly driven Program Manager with a strong engineering background to support critical facility operations across APAC. You will drive structured program execution, manage multiple initiatives, and coordinate with regional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for the client.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, experience in critical facilities or data centers, hands-on MEP maintenance, and proven multi-country coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in critical facilities / data center environments.
• Hands-on exposure to MEP maintenance/operations.
• Experience coordinating across multiple countries/regions preferred.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word skills; data reporting/analytics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Client Critical Facility Lead and CBRE Citi APAC Technical Lead and teams.
• Act as central coordinator across clusters/countries to drive program execution.
• Engage stakeholders at multiple levels to ensure alignment, data accuracy, and timely delivery.
• Develop trackers, checklists, and reporting frameworks per client requirements.
• Drive teams to complete tasks within timelines with progress visibility.
• Ensure deliverables are completed, validated, and submitted to client as required.
• Prepare and deliver weekly reports, monthly dashboards, and summaries.
• Create presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to communicate program status.
• Provide clear updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support activities like Bus duct verification, fuel level checks, coordination studies, PPM tracking, and load shedding planning.
• Leverage experience with MEP systems, BAS, UPS, diesel generators, and electrical switchgear to inform program decisions.
• Track and manage incident tickets; support MEP asset management data collection and reporting.
