Job summary

IHG Singapore Hotels is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead daily housekeeping operations, manage staff, and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest comfort. The role emphasizes staff development, shift leadership, and collaboration with other departments to deliver exceptional service.

You will oversee budget control, inventory management, and compliance with safety and brand standards, while driving profitability and guest satisfaction across the property.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years’ related experience as an Executive Housekeeper in a full-service hotel.
• Excellent English communication; additional language is a plus.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the housekeeping team daily to ensure service excellence.
• Monitor departmental expenses and assist in budget adherence.
• Coordinate with Rooms, Sales, F&B and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Train, develop and motivate staff; conduct regular performance reviews.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
