Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in strategy execution and business management within complex organisations.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with ability to turn data into insights.
• Experience in product management, sales and distribution, finance, consulting, communications, transformation or related disciplines.
• Excellent executive communication, storytelling and presentation skills for Board materials.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving, with delivery-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive IWPB Singapore’s strategy execution by translating priorities into initiatives, milestones and measurable outcomes
• Lead cross-functional strategic workstreams, ensuring ownership, accountability and timely delivery
• Identify interdependencies, risks and execution barriers, and coordinate their resolution
• Analyse business performance, customer trends and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and emerging issues
• Support senior management decisions through structured analysis, recommendations and follow-through
• Coordinate management governance, including reviews, Board updates, strategic forums and executive presentations
• Build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders and align priorities across functions without direct authority
• Lead executive communications, townhalls, strategy offsites, leadership engagement and people-and-culture initiatives
