Responsabilidades

• Drive IWPB Singapore’s strategy execution by translating priorities into initiatives, milestones and measurable outcomes
• Lead cross-functional strategic workstreams with ownership, accountability and timely delivery
• Identify interdependencies, risks and execution barriers, and coordinate their resolution
• Analyse business performance, customer trends and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and emerging issues
• Support senior management decisions through structured analysis, recommendations and follow-through
• Coordinate management governance, including reviews, Board updates and executive presentations
• Build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders and align priorities across functions without direct authority
• Lead executive communications and leadership forums as required
