Job summary

HSBC Bank (Singapore) Limited is hiring a high-calibre VP, Business Execution to drive strategy execution for IWPB Singapore. You will translate priorities into initiatives with milestones and measurable outcomes, and lead cross-functional workstreams to ensure timely delivery.

Successful candidates will have proven strategy execution experience in complex organisations, strong commercial acumen and excellent executive communication skills, enabling effective Board materials and leadership

Qualifications

• Proven experience in strategy execution within complex organisations.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with data-driven insights.
• Experience in product management, sales, or transformation disciplines is a plus.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills for Board materials.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into initiatives, milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional strategic workstreams with accountability and timely delivery.
• Identify interdependencies, risks and execution barriers and coordinate resolution.
• Analyse performance, customer trends and KPIs to spot growth opportunities.
• Support senior management decisions with structured analysis and recommendations.
• Coordinate governance, reviews, Board updates and executive presentations.
• Build trusted relationships and align priorities across functions without direct authority.
• Lead executive communications and leadership events.
