Job summary

Oneness M&C Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced events sales professional to identify new corporate and private client opportunities and drive sales targets. You will prepare compelling proposals, coordinate with venues and vendors, and manage budgets and client records to ensure successful events.

The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, comfort presenting concepts to clients, and ability to manage multiple events in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in event sales, event management, hospitality sales, or related field.
• Experience supporting corporate events, team building activities, dinners & dances, product launches, or private events is advantageous.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable engaging with clients and presenting event proposals or concepts.
• Basic understanding of event planning processes, logistics coordination, and venue management.
• Familiarity with budgeting, cost estimation, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate and private clients to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and event concepts to prospective clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and venues to support planning and execution of events.
• Manage event-related documentation including proposals, budgets, and client records using CRM systems or spreadsheets.
• Contribute ideas for event concepts, marketing materials, and promotional content.
• Conduct post-event follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and identify potential future opportunities.
