PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a result-driven sales professional to drive new business within the MICE sector and support event coordination for successful client engagements.

The role emphasizes building relationships, developing sales strategies, and promoting a full range of MICE services, from venues to catering and tech solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional event delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in MICE or hospitality with a proven sales track record.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication abilities.
• Deep understanding of MICE industry trends and client requirements.
• Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and provide client-focused solutions.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the MICE sector.
• Build and nurture relationships with key clients, event organizers, and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Promote MICE services including venue rental, catering, and tech solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless event execution.
• Assist clients in planning events from inquiry to post-event review.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms per company policy.
• Maintain records of sales activities and forecasts in CRM.
