Job summary

Qualtrics, a global XM leader, seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to own the Thailand patch from Singapore. You will partner with executives to turn experience data into measurable business outcomes, expanding the footprint across the region.

You will collaborate with solutions consultants, customer success, partners and sales ops to drive strategy, adoption and value realization, while delivering sustainable growth in mid‑market and enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• Proven success in SaaS or technology sales with enterprise focus.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong consultative sales and discovery skills; owns full sales cycle.
• Experience collaborating with solutions consultants, customer success, and legal.
• Experience operating in the Thailand market; cross-cultural sensitivity.
• English fluency required; Thai language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Win new logos and grow revenue in the Thailand enterprise segment—prospect, qualify, and close target accounts.
• Deliver account plans that drive pipeline and closures—build power maps and tailored closing strategies.
• Establish trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders from discovery through procurement and handover to customer success.
• Coordinate internal resources to create winning proposals with pricing, scope and implementation.
• Maintain market and competitive insight to position Qualtrics solutions effectively.
• Manage the full sales cycle end‑to‑end—from outreach and demos to negotiation and post‑sale alignment.
