Job summary

Eastspring Investments is seeking a Senior Lead for Non-Financial Risk to steer a regional team in Singapore and nearby offices. You will champion governance, risk frameworks and escalation processes across technology, operations and business units, enabling a strong risk culture.

You will partner with the Group CRO and senior leaders to translate complex risk data into actionable insights, shape risk appetite, and drive continuous improvement of risk management across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in the financial industry with leadership experience.
• 3–5 years leading risk teams at an asset management firm.
• Strong understanding of non-financial risk and governance.
• Experience with Aladdin platform is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop risk managers across Singapore and regional offices.
• Promote risk culture and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Advise CRO on non-financial risk and governance matters.
• Oversee risk reporting, metrics, and incident management.
