Job summary

Eastspring Investments (Singapore) Limited is seeking a senior risk leader to head a team of risk managers responsible for non-financial risk, technology risk and governance across Singapore and regional offices. You will partner with the CRO and senior leadership to embed a strong risk culture and drive risk awareness.

You will shape policies, oversee risk identification and reporting, and provide independent challenge across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in a Finance-related discipline.
• Certifications such as FRM or CFA a strong plus.
• Experience leading risk teams in asset management or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of risk managers focused on non-financial risk, governance and risk oversight.
• Promote a strong risk culture through collaboration with stakeholders across Eastspring.
• Advise the CRO and senior management on non-financial risk and regulatory matters.
• Oversee risk frameworks, incident management and risk reporting across Eastspring entities.
• Partner with Prudential governance and Group Non-Financial Risk teams on enterprise risk matters.
