Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; 5+ years in enterprise services (ToB).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving with ability to manage complex org challenges.
• Exceptional coordination and relationship-management skills to balance client, partner, and internal needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, implementation, and daily management of projects; control costs, staffing, schedules, quality, and risks.
• Act as primary client contact to align resources and maximize project value and customer success.
• Collaborate with front-end business and pre-sales to provide technical support and guide strategic direction of new projects.
• Analyze client structures and digital maturity to tailor delivery strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure successful high-quality delivery of complex projects.
