Job summary

GovTech is seeking a dynamic professional to plan, develop and market premium industrial facilities for SMEs. You will manage leases and tenancies within our estates, engaging customers and stakeholders to access infrastructure solutions.

You will also be involved in conceptualising, developing and marketing new development projects and identifying innovative development models in collaboration with private sector entities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Real Estate.
• Keen interest in Real Estate industry and SMEs engagement.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and market premium industrial facilities for SMEs.
• Manage customers’ leases and tenancies within our estates and developments.
• Engage customers and stakeholders to access JTC’s infrastructure solutions.
• Conceptualise, develop and market new development projects; identify new development models.
