Job summary

sggovterp invites you to join our Singapore team to plan, develop and market premium industrial facilities for SMEs and micro-SMEs. You will manage leases and tenancies within our estates and developments, engaging customers and stakeholders to improve access to JTC's infrastructure solutions.

You will conceptualise, develop and market new development projects and identify innovative models, including collaborations with private sector entities.

Qualifications

• Background in Real Estate, Geography, Business, Economics, Engineering or Technology related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience with keen interest in Real Estate and SMEs.
• Strong interpersonal, communication & writing skills and strategic thinking.

What you will be working on

• 1. conceptualising, developing and marketing new/replacement development projects; and
• 2. identifying new development models (e.g. working with private sector entities).

Successful candidates will be offered 2-years contract at first instance.
