Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced enterprise software sales professional to own the country territory across BFSI, government/SOE and large enterprises.

You will drive demand generation through CIO roundtables, industry workshops, partner events and conferences, and manage subscriptions, renewals and revenue retention. You will develop strategic account plans and build executive relationships with CIOs, CTOs and Heads of Data, advancing data platform modernization

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of enterprise software or database sales with a quota-carrying track record.
• Experience selling MariaDB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB or similar open-source data platforms.
• Familiarity with database modernisation drivers and BFSI compliance.
• Ability to operate in a co-funded distributor vendor model with dual reporting.
• Existing relationships with regional SIs, DB specialists and cloud providers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the country territory plan across BFSI, government/SOE and large enterprises.
• Drive demand generation through CIO roundtables, industry workshops, partner events and conferences.
• Manage subscription renewals, customer expansion and recurring revenue retention.
• Develop strategic account plans and build relationships with CIOs, CTOs and Heads of Data.
