Job summary

MINDEF in Singapore is seeking a strategic planner to support NSD and MINDEF/SAF interests through formulation, execution and management of cross‑agency initiatives. You will coordinate with NSD stakeholders to deliver timely, data‑driven insights and reports.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder management and proficiency with MS Office and Power BI. Applicants with relevant security or operations planning experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Education in HR, PR, data analytics or related discipline preferred.
• Experience in similar capacity or security/operations planning with project management preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Power BI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to assess complex terrain and synthesize information.
• Ability to articulate ideas clearly to diverse agencies and stakeholders.
• Applicants with no experience may apply.

Responsibilities

• Support formulation, execution and management of strategies for MINDEF-related Organisations.
• Coordinate with NSD stakeholders and oversee knowledge management initiatives.
• Lead sense-making analyses to inform strategy and governance.
• Develop a unified communications framework with MROs and ORB.
• Provide updates and reports to MINDEF/SAF leadership.
