Job summary

MINDEF/SAF seeks a strategic communications professional to formulate, integrate, and synchronise information policies across all SC domains, working with MINDEF/SAF departments and public agencies to safeguard public commitment to defence and strengthen trust in MINDEF/SAF.

You will analyse trends, develop policy plans, and coordinate information exercises to align national messages with Singapore's defence and security priorities and international standing.

Qualifications

• Education in Communications or related field.
• At least 2 years in communications preferred.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate Strategic Communications policies and strategies.
• Understand observed trends and provide advice on SC policy and strategy.
• Analyse trends and provide advice on Strategic Communications policy and strategy.
• Maintain understanding of public sentiments and align MINDEF/SAF messages with national framework.
• Drive development of Information Hub and related plans.
• Plan and conduct information exercises.
