Our client, a social service agency in Singapore, seeks a seasoned Communications Lead to shape and deliver engaging content and campaigns. Based in Woodlands, you will plan strategies, supervise a Communications Executive, and partner with churches and community groups.

You will craft storytelling across channels, monitor performance, and align messages with the organisation's values. A track record in content marketing and stakeholder engagement is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in communications, marketing or a related field.
• 1–2 years in a leadership or team lead role, mentoring staff.
• Proven ability to develop and implement communications strategies.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills.
• Experience in partnership or community engagement is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective communications and marketing strategies aligned with objectives.
• Plan and execute content marketing initiatives across channels.
• Create compelling content for diverse audiences including written and digital formats.
• Lead development of communications materials, campaigns and stories to strengthen brand awareness.
• Manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to identify opportunities.
• Lead and coach 1 Communications Executive, including task allocation and performance support.
• Support partnership initiatives with churches and community organisations.
• Monitor performance and provide improvement recommendations.
• Ensure all communications align with the organisation's values and tone.
