Job summary

SHEIN is seeking a Director/Senior Director of Government Relations to lead policy and regulatory engagement across EMEA from Brussels, London, Paris, or Singapore. You will shape public policy positions, build influential networks, and drive strategic stakeholder collaborations to support SHEIN’s market access and growth.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, ESG, and other teams to advocate company positions and translate policy initiatives into tangible commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field and 15+ years of government relations or public policy experience.
• Experience building and leveraging political/policy networks across the EU, especially Brussels.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to translate policy engagements into commercial outcomes and drive advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Assess strategic/policy issues and their implications for SHEIN's commercial interests in EMEA.
• Provide recommendations to senior management on political, policy and regulatory issues.
• Identify and engage key policy stakeholders across political offices, regulators, and industry groups.
• Develop and drive stakeholder engagement strategies to strengthen SHEIN’s partnerships in EMEA.
• Formulate advocacy plans to secure market access and expansion in EMEA.
