Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years' experience in technology, policy, regulatory, product/programme management or operations.
• Strong interest in technology and digital platforms, with the ability to understand technical concepts.
• Strong analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong writing and project management skills.
• Proactive, curious and comfortable working independently.
• Experience with data and statistics would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor emerging online safety and technology trends, with a focus on child safety and emerging safety measures
• Analyse how digital platforms manage online safety risks and assess the effectiveness of their systems and processes
• Develop innovative and data-driven approaches to assess compliance and platform controls
• Engage directly with industry stakeholders on regulatory and operational matters
• Conduct research and assessments on emerging online safety risks and potentially harmful content
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders on policy implementation and operational initiatives
• Lead complex projects and workstreams from planning through to delivery
