Job summary

SHEIN is seeking a policy and ESG professional to support global ESG public policy work from Singapore. You will monitor policy developments, support regulatory compliance, and drive social impact initiatives in collaboration with Legal, Compliance, Sustainability, and Government Relations teams.

The role requires strong analytical, stakeholder management and project delivery skills, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration across markets and partners.

Qualifications

• Degree in ESG, Environmental Policy, International Relations, Public Policy, Sustainability, Law, Political Science, or related fields.
• At least 4 years of ESG-related experience in corporate/public affairs, government relations, policy, sustainability or regulatory compliance.
• Experience in public policy research, regulatory analysis, ESG reporting, sustainability governance, or regulatory compliance.
• Exposure to strategy work within government agencies, international organizations, industry associations, or corporations is advantageous.
• Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate across stakeholders and deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Track, analyse, and assess ESG policy and regulatory developments across SHEIN's global markets.
• Support development of recommendations to senior management and internal teams on ESG policy strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional work plans to ensure compliance with high-impact ESG regulations globally.
• Drive SHEIN Foundation social impact initiatives and track budget utilization.
• Lead and manage social impact projects in Singapore.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with ESG-related stakeholders to build trust and reputation.
