Expected to coordinate cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and drive deals from inception to client sign-off.

Qualifications

• Advanced drafting of airtight agreements, term sheets and ancillary docs across sectors.
• Strategic negotiation with multi-party discussions and risk-balancing to create commercial upside.
• Familiarity with Singapore Companies Act, Financial Services Act and data-privacy regimes.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (lawyers, accountants, external counsel) to meet tight timelines.
• Translating legal jargon into actionable business advice for clients.

Responsabilités

• Monday: Review pending M&A term sheets, flag commercial pitfalls and draft risk annex.
• Tuesday: Lead a negotiation session with a multinational client and its counterpart, shaping concessions.
• Wednesday: Run a regulatory compliance workshop focusing on Singapore data-protection amendments.
• Thursday: Coordinate with finance to align contract payments with cash flow forecasts.
• Friday: Finalise a joint-venture agreement and circulate for client sign-off.
