You will work closely with senior stakeholders, lead high-performing teams, and play a key role in growing client relationships and the local practice. This role requires strong leadership, consulting discipline, and the ability to manage multiple engagements with delivering excellence.

Qualifications

• Significant consulting experience in technology strategy and digital transformation.
• Proven ability to lead large programmes and manage senior client relationships.
• Strong commercial awareness and business development experience.

Job Summary

Lead complex consulting engagements and drive strategic technology and transformation initiatives. Collaborate with senior stakeholders, manage teams, and support the growth of Mason Advisory's Singapore-based consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape complex consulting engagements across multiple client accounts to deliver strategic business outcomes
• Provide trusted advice to senior client stakeholders to navigate complex business and technology challenges
• Manage and develop consulting teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes
• Identify and resolve complex business and technology issues to support client transformation goalsSupport business development activities by preparing bids, proposals, and delivering client presentations
• Drive delivery excellence and implement continuous improvement practices within consulting projects
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support regional growth
• Contribute to internal strategy, capability development, and thought leadership initiatives to enhance firm expertise

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Significant consulting experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, operating model design, cyber security, AI & data, or related disciplines
• Proven success delivering large-scale programmes and managing senior client relationships
• Strong commercial awareness and experience in business development activities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to influence and engage diverse audiences
• Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring consulting teams to foster professional growth
• Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously while maintaining high standards of delivery
