Job summary

DIGIPIXEL in Singapore is seeking a Digital Success Consultant to drive business growth by identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and recommending digital solutions across web, e-commerce, and AI offerings.

You will manage the sales process from outreach to proposals, build lasting client relationships, and collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing, IT or related discipline.
• Experience in business development, sales or account management preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Good understanding of websites, e-commerce, digital marketing and emerging AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, email, LinkedIn and referrals.
• Qualify opportunities and arrange meetings or consultations.
• Promote DIGIPIXEL's services including website development, e-commerce, SEO/SEM, digital marketing and AI solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations; follow up with prospects and support negotiations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and identify opportunities for long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with design, development and project teams to evaluate feasibility and recommend solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities; ensure timely follow-ups.
• Keep abreast of digital trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
