Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Experience in business development, sales or account management is preferred in digital/tech/creative services.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Good understanding of websites, e-commerce, digital marketing and AI technologies.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills with confidence engaging decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, resourceful and results-oriented; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: identify and develop new opportunities via cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking and referrals.
• Lead Generation & Qualification: engage prospects, understand needs, qualify opportunities and arrange meetings.
• Consultative Sales: promote services including website development, e-commerce, UX/UI, SEO, SEM, digital marketing and AI solutions.
• Sales & Proposals: prepare quotations, proposals and presentations; support negotiations to close deals.
• Client Relationship Management: build and maintain relationships; identify opportunities for additional services.
• Internal Collaboration: work with design, development and project teams to assess requirements and feasibility.
• Sales Pipeline Management: maintain leads, opportunities and activities with timely follow-ups.
• Market Insights: track digital trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
