Job summary

Tripartite Alliance Limited (TAL) seeks a Manager/Senior Manager to collaborate with senior leadership across the Workplace Safety and Health ecosystem in Singapore. You will develop, review and implement initiatives to advance TAL’s mission and strengthen safety and health outcomes.

The role involves cross-functional coordination and stakeholder workshops with tripartite partners. Responsible for strategic planning, programme review, governance support, and corporate planning, you will

Qualifications

Tertiary education in any discipline.
Three years of relevant work experience preferred; strong potential considered for lesser experience.
Experience in strategy, policy, organisational development, business planning, programme management, research or analytics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.
Good stakeholder engagement and project management abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with data analytics and AI-enabled tools is advantageous.
Curious, adaptable and keen to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

Support development and implementation of WSHC's strategic priorities and initiatives.
Review and evaluate program effectiveness, analyse data and stakeholder feedback.
Prepare reports, performance indicators and recommendations for decision-makers.
Collaborate with internal departments, government agencies and partners to advance initiatives.
