Job summary

Tripartite Alliance Limited (TAL) seeks a Manager/Senior Manager to collaborate with senior leadership across the Workplace Safety and Health ecosystem in Singapore. You will develop, review and implement initiatives to advance TAL’s mission and strengthen safety and health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education in any discipline.
• Three years of relevant work experience preferred; strong potential considered for lesser experience.
• Experience in strategy, policy, organisational development, business planning, programme management, research or analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.
• Good stakeholder engagement and project management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with data analytics and AI-enabled tools is advantageous.
• Curious, adaptable and keen to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

As a Manager / Senior Manager, you will work with senior leadership and stakeholders across the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) ecosystem to develop, review and implement initiatives that advance WSHC's mission and strengthen workplace safety and health outcomes in Singapore.

The scope of responsibilities will be commensurate with the successful candidate's experience and capabilities.

1. Strategic Planning & Development

• Support the development and implementation of WSHC's strategic priorities and organisational initiatives.
• Conduct research and environmental scanning on local and international WSH developments, emerging trends and industry needs.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new programmes and initiatives that support national WSH priorities.

2. Programme Review & Performance

• Review and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of WSHC's programmes and initiatives.
• Analyse data, research findings and stakeholder feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop reports, performance indicators and recommendations to support decision-making.

3. Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination

• Work closely with internal departments, industry stakeholders, government agencies and tripartite partners to advance strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate discussions and workshops to gather insights and build stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and support organisation-wide planning efforts.

4. Corporate Support

• Prepare management papers, briefing materials, reports and presentations for senior management, Council and committee discussions.
• Support governance, strategic planning and organisational development processes.

Job Requirements

Suitable candidates should possess the following qualifications, skills and attributes:

• Tertiarry Education in any discipline.
• Preferably at least three years of relevant work experience. Candidates with fewer years of experience who demonstrate strong potential and interest are also encouraged to apply.
• Relevant experience in strategy, policy, organisational development, business planning, programme management, research, analytics, consulting or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesise information into clear and actionable insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Good stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with data analytics and AI-enabled tools will be an advantage.
• Curious, adaptable and keen to learn and grow professionally.
